Our services are available as combined photo and video collections, or they can be booked as individual, standalone packages.
3. Have you shot at our venue before? If not, how do you prepare?
We have extensive experience shooting at nearly every major venue in the San Miguel de Allende region. If your venue happens to be new to us, we conduct a thorough on-site location scout prior to your event day to map out lighting, angles, and composition plans.
4. How do we secure our date, and what does the payment schedule look like?

5. What happens if it rains or there is an unexpected schedule delay on the day of the event?
We love rain! Rain often creates incredibly dramatic, cinematic imagery. Regarding timeline changes, we strictly block out our calendar for your date to ensure we are entirely focused on your event, preventing any risk of partial coverage due to delays.
6. Do you provide a second shooter/assistant for our event?
We can, if necessary for your event, for an additional charge.
7. Can we request specific songs for our highlight film, or do you handle the music licensing?
If your final film is strictly intended for personal use and private viewing, you are welcome to request any song you like. Note: If you plan to post extensively on public or commercial platforms where copyright claims apply, we can discuss licensed tracks.
8. Do you offer pre-event sessions, such as engagement shoots or XV Años portrait sessions?
Yes, we offer dedicated portrait, engagement, and pre-event creative sessions. Contact us directly to receive a personalized quote for adding a session to your package.
9. How many edited photos will we receive in our final gallery?
The final volume depends on the duration and scope of your event. However, we do not gatekeep your memories; every single photograph that meets our high professional standards will be meticulously edited and delivered to you, typically resulting in a gallery of several hundred images.
10. Do we receive the raw, unedited footage and photos from our day?
The raw, unedited cinema footage can be included in your collection for an additional fee. However, we do not distribute raw, unedited photographs under any circumstances, as the final edit is an essential part of our signature artistic style.
